Britain needs warm homes not warm words this winter says Hughes

Speaking today at The Sustainable Communities 09 Conference, Liberal Democrat Shadow Energy and Climate Change Secretary, Simon Hughes outlined the Liberal Democrat vision for creating green jobs, warm homes and smaller energy bills.
